FYI, there was a lot of old crap (dynamic IP bans from a long time ago) on 
the akick list.  I just cleaned it out, as those bans are outdated (and 
likely ineffective).  So if the akick list seems shorter, that's why.

I'll probably do the same with the actual banlist sometime soonish.
