*sigh* Even though I've asked three times I'm still on
the op list. 

Since I haven't been removed from here YET [after a
week?], I'll give my side. I didn't start drama, I
quietly left. But since I want things clear and open
about what happened, I'll explain so everyone knows
exactly what happened.

I called op abuse. korse was kicked for a personal
reason. Yes, it's Temp's chan, but what was the one
rule we always tried to follow? Don't kick for
personal reasons. When I asked what korse did I
received the following multi-changed answers.
Multi-changing because they changed everytime I asked
for a reason for korse's banning. I received many
answers, but said I couldn't be given proof:

1 - Temp said that korse "fucked up majorly" in
channel, bad enough to need a permaban. When I asked
for proof he said he didn't have any. Then he said
that someone else said korse fucked up. I asked if
they had proof and he said that he didn't require logs
for permabans. Des saw the log where he said that.
Since when do we NOT require a log for something as
serious as a permaban?

2 - Temp said that korse was drunk and aggressive in
channel. Korse does not drink. Ever. He doesn't even
like when I drink because of my heart medication. He
also does not do drugs or smoke. This was a flat out
lie. 

3 - Temp then said that other ops complained about
korse to him. From the ops I've spoken to, each said
they never complained and if they had a problem with
korse they'd have kicked him themselves. 

4 - Temp said that korse was harrassing me in channel.
Whenever korse and I argue, he has a habit of LEAVING
the channel. He'll just /part without a word. If we
continue to argue, he'll just /quit irc totally. In
fact, in almost two months we haven't spent much time
together in channel at all. He's been working evenings
and hasn't even been on irc much at all.

5 - Temp told Zalno that the reason was because I told
him [temp] that I wanted korse banned and to not let
him in no matter what I may say or change my mind
about. Does that sound like something I'd do?
Especially since I told temp that if korse was not
wanted, I was not wanted. That excuse was a flat out
lie.

6 - Temp said that korse is mean to me. Out of
channel. And because months ago [literally months ago]
when I complained about relationships that it was my
fault because I then made it chan related. I said that
my personal relationships have no bearing on what goes
on in chan, but Temp didn't care. A quote from the log
I had with him:

he's not allowed in the chan.

<AlbinoWolf> he's an ass to the channel?
<TempDog> that too
<TempDog> but also to you

<TempDog> heh
<TempDog> well then so be it

Wow. If I had known that we were allowed to kick/ban
anyone who was ever mean to us or mean to someone we
liked, I'd have gone on a kicking/banning spree a long
time ago! Oh... wait... isn't that op abuse?

The only place I have been complaining about korse was
either pm's with friends, or my lj. If someone used
information from my friggin LiveJournal to ban someone
on irc, that is just very very wrong. 

Long story short [too late!]: Temp doesn't like korse
because korse and I have a love/hate relationship and
temp thinks korse is mean to me [which he can be, but
that's MY problem to mess with]. Temp doesn't want
korse there because of korse's behavior toward me.
Temp doesn't have a real reason to kick korse because
he behaves himself in channel [because I kicked his
ass and told him he'd better behave] so he makes up a
few. Then tells me I'm "too invested" in this and
removes my ops. 

That's it. I left quietly. Didn't even speak in chan,
just /parted. I'm more disgusted at the fact that the
owner of the chan lied about things just to get
someone kicked because he knows the user hasn't done
anything in chan to deserve it. What is it we used to
tell users? If you have a problem with someone, PUT
THEM ON IGNORE. 

korse is my problem, no one elses. I doubt the new
ops/new users even know anything that's gone on in the
past because I haven't even spoken of korse in chan in
months. Just my LJ. 

Anyway, that's the story. I have logs of the chat with
des, temp, and zalno where temp told zal two different
reasons for banning korse. Three if you count that he
told zal and korse and I fight in channel. Another
lie. Like I said, we always argue in PM and leave the
chan if need be.
