[Ac-furrycoffeeshop] Ban: twylight, RedOcelot

I've temp-banned both twylight and RedOcelot from #furrycoffeeshop due to 
excessive fighting.  They both had another spat this evening -- ten was 
around, but I don't know if he was aware of their earlier fights.  Twylight 
poked me in PM and after some discussion with her I decided it would be 
better just to ban them both for now.

He seems to instigate, then she takes the bait and runs with it.  Both end 
up in a flamefest in which neither will back down until someone else 
intervenes.

If either of them ask to be unbanned, please send 'em to me.  I don't want 
to unban them unless they've grown up.  Thanks.
