I'm only interested in getting them to grow up insofar as they stop fighting 
in-channel.  If they can somehow manage to do that without growing up, hey, 
good for them.

But them fighting in-channel totally destroys the friendly atmosphere and 
tends to annoy everyone else who happens to be watching it.  So I don't 
want them fighting in channel because then bystanders get frustrated and 
leave, nevermind it being against the rules in the first place.
