[Ac-furrycoffeeshop] RFC: New op: Kojiro?

He expressed interest in being an op earlier tonight.  It does sound like we 
need a few more regular ops -- during the day, especially, it seems like we 
don't have enough on.

He seems pretty stable and balanced, and I've heard no complaints about him.  
I'm willing to sponsor/train him if nobody else has any objections?
