[Ac-furrycoffeeshop] New op: SullenLust

To be honest it would make me very uncomfortable if
Sullen was an op. I've seen her very rash and flighty
and I really would not trust her. Plus, she's come
come to me asking for them twice now and both times
I've said no which makes me think she just moved on to
someone else to ask. Haven't we learned from Kataru
and Tank about people who beg for their ops? 

Plus, do we really need any new ones? We just got
three. Koji, Kojak, and Amethe [who apparantly is one
of the first ops who just returned to the channel].
I'd vote no for Sullen.
