Reason: Seems to be trouble for the channel, he was
criticizing #fcs in #floridafurs, and it seems since his ban wasn’t moved
to the Akick list he was alerting other previousely banned users that the bans
were moved. (AlbinoWolf also explained to me about past problems with him

Another Note: Kataru managed to get in channel also, but I haven’t
seen any problems from him, and I feel he deserves to be left unbanned until
there are problems that arise again. In which we can take care of the problem
at that time.  I also had TempDog take RedOcelot off of the Akick list and he
is unbanned now but if hes on his last rope, if he joins and screws up again,
he will be on the akick list, and he knows that.
