[AC-Admins] Testing new mail server

The new mail server is installed and I've started moving domains over to
it.  pridelands.org and anthrochat.net are now being handled by it. 
Majordomo has been replaced with Mailman, sendmail with postfix, IMAP
shipped with pine replaced with dovecot, cucipop with dovecot...  It's
all-around a better system.  This is the first test of mailman. 
Subscription management is much more user-friendly than with majordomo,
and you can get to it by going to http://lists.anthrochat.net/
