squirrel was about 230 seconds slow, but now has its ntp daemon working
properly so it now has much more correct time.  Having checked with
"/tsctl alltime", it looks like:

squnq is about 4 seconds fast
lion is about 100 seconds fast
pholph is about 526 seconds fast

By the way, anyone want colo in London?  I'm talking to a couple
of datacentres and looking at various IXes and transit providers
and hopefully will have some nice rack space to rent out in the near
future. ;) (And will be able to put bear and/or husky back into operation
when that happens.  ^.^)
