[AC-Admins] Nagios web access

I posted this a long time ago, but the login info wouldn't work any more
since I moved the nagios stuff to a different server!  Updated info is:

You can see the current status of anthrochat servers here:

  http://husky.floof.org/nagios/

Username and password are:

  anthrochat
  pighoowi

You can also add/delete comments, acknowledge problems (so people know
you're working on it), disable/enable/force checks, schedule downtime
(so that alerts don't get sent out during a period you know it's going
to be down), and so on.
