[AC-Admins] Ownership of tixen ircd changing

I'm changing ownership of the ircd process on the machine which
currently runs tixen.anthrochat.net. I would like the machine to be
renamed squnq.anthrochat.net, there'll be no oper or other changes with
it or its config, nor will its location or anything else be changing
other than who owns the process and administers the server. No new opers
will be being added.

Simba or whoever's maintaining the rotary name entries: If this is
acceptable, please make the necessary domain name changes to the rotary
and let me know when done, I presume the domain name
tixen.anthrochat.net can still work and just redirect to the new machine
name for a nominal period of time.

If not, as of 12:01AM July 16, the ircd process will be shutting off, as
I'm planning on systematically removing all processes from the machine
which do not belong to me. I would then apply for operating an
anthrochat server myself through normal channels, but this would be
rather silly. :)
