      E-mail shouldn't really ever be used for transferring files 
because of how much overhead and waste it takes to encode, transfer 
between several mail handlers, download to the end user, and decode back 
to a file.  Setting up anonymous FTP space or using http upload is a 
much better option since it's just going right from the user's system to 
the destination.
