Current state-of-the-upgrades:

LEOPARD is okay because it'd getting decommissioned in a week or so when
most of its userbase has migrated to its replacement, glider.

BEAR is history, because I didn't want to risk annoying my former employer
any more.

MALAMUTE is a temporary server on the same machine as husky and I'll
kill it off when it runs out of users.  There are a couple of long-lived
clients on it which hopefully will reconnect eventually but I can't be
bothered to push them off myself.  malamute's running 3.2.4 too and it's
a local link so no biggie, IMO.

OTTER and PHOLPH: I believe both machines have the new ircd compiled
and ready to go, and it's just a case of picking the opportune moment...
Blueotter, your moment is now!  otter's userbase has been tailing off for
2 weeks, and there are only 3 users left (it's been like that for a week).
/notice the users and do the restart, I suggest.

I think SNOWLEOPARD and CHEETAH are the only other servers that need
version-related attention.


GLIDER:  I've updated glider's entry in nagios for its new IP address,
and enabled notifications for it.  I've also duplicated leopard's link
block on husky to create one for glider too, so assuming glider's using
the same links as leopard it should work.
