I highly doubt this could constitute a security risk in any way.  The 
file I'd be giving you is basic simple HTML- it wouldn't even contain 
the stylings for the site design.  Very, very basic.

...and setting Apache to differentiate between domains is simple.  Tixen 
runs 6 different sites, all on different domains. :3  I assure you, no 
risks involved. <3
