I made an example with Tixen.net by modifying index.php to include 
"http://www.anthrochat.net/top.php" instead of just "top.php", and these 
are the results:

X3  Thank you, Pippin.  The thing is, I never bothered to learn CSS, 
'cause I never really saw a need to do so.  Almost 100% of the time, if 
I can visualize it, I can make it work with tables, so I do. :3   
Besides, if you're going to have webserver, why wouldn't you have PHP on 
it? o.o
