      I already sent a follow-up /msg to CyanFOX saying:

I just got your e-mail to the admin list.  Please read our mission 
statement at http://www.cimeris.com/~simba/anthrochat/mission.txt .  In 
a nutshell:  If you are having problems with individual users, please 
utilize either mental power to ignore them or implement technological 
solutions such as the /quote silence +nickname   command.
