[AC-Admins] cheetah down

As I'm sure you've all noticed, cheetah has been down for a few days.
On the assumption that Cheetah knows about it, I've just acked nagios
to shut it up.

I've also linked a fake cheetah to the network so that glider will
shut up.  When the real cheetah is back online, please "/squit cheetah*"
to get rid of the fake.

Please can we also have cheetah removed from DNS rotaries until it's
back in action?  I think it's been down long enough that this is worth
doing now.
