I already had the little script lying around named "fakecheetah", so this
must've happened before!  Basically I just run it from nc's -e flag and it
just introduces itself as cheetah.anthrochat.net, then sends a PING every
90 seconds so the link doesn't time out.  An ircd in 6 lines of bash. :)
