Back. Again.  Datacenter didn't finish their electrical work and took  
85% of the racks down again late last night/this morning.  They  
promise they're done.  Part of the work was installing a second UPS  
and a load bypass switch so any further electrical capacity expansion  
would not require depowering the load.
