[AC-Admins] New version of UnrealIRCd

      Since we're talking updating things...

      It's also that time again to get current with the latest release 
of the UnrealIRCd code.  They're up to version 3.2.6, now, and the 
current version status on our servers is:

snowleopard:  3.2.3
cheetah:  3.2.4
husky: 3.2.4
lion:  3.2.4
otter: 3.2.4
squirrel:  3.2.4
glider: 3.2.5

      If each of you would pick a low traffic time and upgrade, I'd 
greatly appreciate it.  Thanks!
