      You are not blocked from using AnthroChat.  After reviewing my own 
logs, it looks like the only thing you're "blocked" (we call it 
"banned") from around here is #FurryCoffeeShop.  That's an individual 
channel.  If you have a query about an individual channel, please 
contact that channel's founder or op staff.  One effective way of doing 
that is to use the MemoServ function of our IRC service package.  It 
gives you a way to leave messages for registered users of our network.

      In order to utilize our IRC services, you must first register with 
them.  For details about registering, type /msg nickserv help register

      For details about memoserv, type /msg memoserv help
