[AC-Admins] AKILLs

At 23:57PST, for some reason, my home IP of 67.164.80.180 was added to the
akill list with the reason Session limit exceeded. I had to SSH into Glider
to clear the akill. If folks could check the apropriate logs for this ASAP
so I can figure out why my IP was added, and if its by an automated system,
get the IP added to a whitelist or somesuch or change a setting so this
doesn't happen again. We do have a lot of connections coming from this IP,
as 6 people live here and are all active on Anthrochat, so if its just a
limit thing, lets see about getting that raised.
