You'll be looking for the chanserv "drop" command, then:

/cs identify #MYDEADCHANNEL MYCHANNELPASSWORD
/cs drop #MYDEADCHANNEL

...replacing the bits in capitals with your channel name and the password
you registered it with, of course.

The amount of waste is so small it's hardly worth worrying about it,
but we certainly won't stop you clearing up if you'd like to. :)
