[AC-Admins] Can't send mail to the admin list from tixen

Alright, I'm getting pissed off.  Every time I try to send a message
to the list from my mailserver, I get a bounceback immediately with
this error message:

This is an informative message sent by mail.

The server was not able to deliver your email message

  Subject: Testing!  Disregard plz :3
  Date: Wed, 13 Feb 2008 21:44:39 -0800



to the following addresses:

  <admins at lists.anthrochat.net> (penfold.furryhost.com: 504 5.5.2
<mail>: Helo command rejected: need fully-qualified hostname)
-------------END ERROR--------------

Reverse DNS comes back mail.tixen.net, the downtime earlier was a
result of me rebooting the mail server to ensure it displays a fully
qualified domain name as the computer name... what more does it want
from me?!
