You should still be able to do this kind of stuff, though, shouldn't you?
I'd've thought that, ideally, the set of people with privileged access
to services should be independent of the set of ircd operators.

The nick and email address in the email match those on record with
nickserv, so I tried a "/ns resend Niwa-Tora" a couple of times but
got no response from nickserv.  Possibly it did something silently -
any ideas?  Could someone check the mail logs on the services machine
to see if anything's gone out?
