Here's what I got.

Servers applying to be linked to AnthroChat must meet the following
technical requirements:
    * Server must be at a static IP.
    * Server must be in a commercial data center with multiple connections
      to the Internet.
    * Server must be online 24/7 under normal situations (barring maintaince
      windows, etc... of course).
    * Server must be on at least two links, both with at least full
      duplex 1.5Mbit.  If the links are shared with other users, the
      fraction of the link available to the server must be burstable to at
      least 1mbps.
    * Server must be running some variant of a *nix operating system.


In addition to the technical aspects of the servers, the admin is as
imortant to the application as the server.  Please make sure to say
something about yourself, including background in the "furry" community in
general, as well as your history and background on FurNet and YiffNet.

Yes, we are asking for your phone number and address.  Yes, we will
probably call the people who are getting linked in.  If you don't trust
enough to give us that info, should we trust you as an admin?  :>
