[AC-Admins] Configuration consistency - maxchannelsperuser

      I had someone bring up to me recently that they noticed that some 
servers had a differing maxchannelsperuser settings.  I thought that in 
an effort to maintain consistency, it wouldn't be a bad thing to do a 
quick audit to see what everyone's configuration file had.  Currently, 
some are 10, while others are 15.  I think 15 is probably the better 
option, 'cause I don't think anyone's machines would croak with the 
extra 5 channels per user.
