This could be caused by a couple of reasons:
The first reason is that your computer, or a computer on your home
network that is serviced by your sbcglobal.net ADSL connection, may be
infected with a trojan/virus that is causing that computer to be remote
controlled and to do naughty things that you're unaware of.
The next reason is that someone, who also uses sbcglobal.net's ADSL
service and was previously assigned the dynamic IP address that has been
reassigned now to you, had a computer doing naughty things in the same
or a similar way. I can see if I can try to make an exception for your
IP address from the proxy scanner's automated ban process, but before I
do, please be sure to have all of your computers' operating system
updates installed and thoroughly checked for viruses, trojans, and other
malware.
