      Polybun has a sort of "tough love" way of "helping".  There was
sound advice among the expletives that boiled down to "read the manual"
"type /ns help".  The only official helpers in that channel are the ones
who have half ops, ops, admin or founder status (%, @, &, or ~ at the
beginning of their names).  They're more likely to offer help in a less
colorful, more constructive way.  I'll give him a warning about not
treating #AnthroChat the same way that #Atrium (a completely
non-moderated channel) is treated.  If he persists, I'll do what I can
to remove him from the help channel.
