      In reference to the subject of your message, you want them banned
from where?  Banning people from #Otters can be done by BlueOtter,
Keyla, Krominof, Odious, Del, BrightEyes, and Kaycia.

      If you are suggesting that they get banned from the entire network
as a result of a conversation had in a channel, that cannot be done.
AnthroChat is founded upon the idea behind freedom of speech.  Anyone is
free to use words at you and you're free to use words back at them.  If
you come to an impasse, it's best to just stop responding, entirely.
