Actually, what you quoted isn't in the mission statement as a
"rule". Those are worded as "things that the administrators may find to
be excessive/unnecessary" (paraphrased). The only hard "rule" is "don't
be a completely automated, systematic, advertising spam bot that
advertises things that are located outside of AnthroChat."
The mission statement also mentions the following, directly below
the verbiage that you quoted:
"In the vast majority of cases, AnthroChat administrators'
default action is to simply suggest work-arounds that are available to
everyone."
Here are my suggestions:
/chanserv akick #babyfur.me add Ludwig
"Loodwig", "Ludwig", and "HRfuckinbutz" are all nicknames in the
same group. If you add an akick for them and set the channel to
Registered nicknames only (+R), ChanServ will effectively kickban him,
regardless of the shell account he logs into to connect to AnthroChat.
Another approach is to set a ban for ~r:purple, since his "Real
Name" field seems to consistently be "purple":
/mode #babyfur.me +b ~r:purple
If his behavior becomes more excessive, and he manages to get
around those, set the channel to +i until he gets bored. If you educate
your users (send them all a memoserv message or something), they can use
ChanServ to give them an /invite to be let into the channel while it's
locked down. You may need to tweak the access settings to allow them to
do that, though. Check the level required to use the invite command on
your channel:
/chanserv levels #babyfur.me list
The line that says INVITE should show which access level is
required to use the invite command. If you drop it down to 3, anyone
with +v can give themselves an /invite.
If you can show definitive evidence that the alternate addresses he
is using are actual, open proxies that anyone can use, I'll add them to
our RBL.
