      Because "being a troll" is not grounds for removal from the
network.  It doesn't break the one rule we have that is grounds for
removal from the network:

"Don't be an automated, systematic advertising/spam bot that advertises
things located outside of AnthroChat"

      "Trolls" are granted the same freedom of speech privileges that you
are granted and everyone has access to the same level of controls to
manage your chat experience.  (channel management, client features,
server features, registration services features)
