      74.115.7.15, the IP address that you're coming from, is part of the
IP space utilized by a VPN service (anchorfree.com) that has previously
been used to circumvent bans and provide anonymity for malicious
purposes.  If you need an SSH tunnel, I can set you up with one.
Otherwise, it's best to just connect from whatever IP your actual ISP is
assigning to you, and if you would like to add privacy, just utilize one
of our SSL ports (6697 and 6601).
