Anthrochat does not control what a person says. We are a collective 
provider of chat services, for free. We obviously aren't Ludwig, nor are 
we in control of what Ludwig does or says to you. However, Anthrochat 
does provide the tools necessary to ignore the user like Simba said. If 
you have a harassment complaint, you would need to file a harassment 
charge against the person directly. Secondly, we do not host Ludwig's 
website, which seems to be your primary issue of concern. I would 
recommend, if you haven't already, to pursue the issue with the hosting 
provider that hosting ludwig's website.

Please consider the above the next time you decide to complain for a 
free service we provide to hundreds of furries for the betterment of 
this fandom.
