      AnthroChat has no real, global code of conduct for its users.  It
is up to each, individual user and each, individual channel's staff to
decide what is acceptable behavior and to use the tools that their own
brains, their IRC clients, the IRC servers, and the registration
services package provide in order to mitigate perceived "problems".

      In addition, nobody can "force" someone else on an Internet chat to
provide information that they are uncomfortable providing or do not wish
to provide.  If you are of the opinion that Zeth should not provide
that information to Cinos, my suggestion is that you express that
sentiment to Zeth.
