[AC-Admins] ANTHROCHAT.NET: Cannot Connect

As of about 20 minutes before sending this report, I have been unable to connect to the Antrochat server. 

The message when I connect reads
"[16:11] * Connecting to snowleopard.anthrochat.net (6667)

[16:11] * Unable to connect to server (Connection refused)

[16:11] * Connect retry #1 snowleopard.anthrochat.net (6667)

[16:11] * Unable to connect to server (Connection refused)

[16:11] * Unable to connect to server (Connection refused)" 
and so on...

Is there an explaination for this? Help or advice would be much appreciated. Thank you.
