      Come up with a name for the channel and join it.  If it didn't
previously exist, it will be created when you join it.  Once it's
created on the IRC server, all you need to do is register it with
Chanserv.  /msg chanserv help register   for more information on the
register command.  For more information, in general, use:

/msg chanserv help

      That will give you a list of chanserv commands.  You can get
detailed help on each command by putting the command name after "help"
on the command line.  For instance, use:

/msg chanserv help successor

... to see the syntax and detailed description for the successor command.
