[AC-Admins] Xylex's server link application

      Hey guys...

      There hasn't been too much activity 'round these parts for quite
some time.  Things seem to be humming along in "just work" land, which
is nice!

      There was an application submitted back in September by Xylex to
host a server in Washington state.  Nobody made any comments on it, so I
wanted to poke everyone to see if there were any objections to linking
it in.  We currently don't have a geographic presence in the Pacific
Northwest, so I'm inclined to say "go for it", but I also recognize that
our network doesn't get more users than its existing servers can
currently handle.  Adding another server or 2 may just be adding more
points of failure.  That being said, we no longer have glider, squirrel,
tixen, or panda, so we've operated with more servers in the past.
