Hello,

I am trying to host my own IRC server, but I can't seem to make kiwiirc work properly, because I would like a web client for users to use. I am running my server on windows, so that might be an issue. Why am I seeking help here? Well, I looked pretty much everywhere else and I didn't find anything relevant to my problem.
