      It looks like you left out a letter "o" from your e-mail address
when you typed the register command.  You should be able to use the
nickserv cancel command to cancel that pending registration and then try
again with the correct e-mail address.  Let me know if it doesn't allow
you to do it and I'll drop the pending registration so you can try
registering again.
