      Dropping a message because it lacks a message-id header is a
slightly bizarre practice, but nonetheless... I've added
local_header_rewrite_clients=permit_inet_interfaces,permit_sasl_authenticated
to penfold's Postfix submission port configuration.  It now adds a
message-id header to messages that the submitting MUA omits.

In other words:  Fixed.  :)
