[AC-Admins] Otter is incommunicado

      I'm not sure if anyone else has noticed, but otter doesn't seem to
be happy with its SSL connection to any of the other servers.  Perhaps
the certificate expired or something?  Here's what's in the logs on my end:

[anthrochat]  *** Global -- from cheetah.anthrochat.net: Lost connection
to server otter.anthrochat.net[67.18.92.223]: SSL_read(): Connection
reset by peer

[anthrochat]  *** Global -- from cheetah.anthrochat.net: Lost connection
to server otter.anthrochat.net[67.18.92.223]: SSL_accept(): Internal
OpenSSL error or protocol error


      BlueOtter, can you take a look at that, please?  I've removed it
from the DNS rotary for now.
