Alright, this is taking things entirely too far.  I vote we take the 
list administration away from Simba unless he calms down enough to 
properly administrate it. This marks the point at which things have been 
taken entirely too far.  This is administrative power abuse.

I'll run the mailing list server if no one else is willing to put forth 
the effort to make this happen.
