[AC-Admins] God damn services klines for excessive connections

We've done nothing to instigate this- and currently, besides the 6 
people living in this house, we have two guests staying over from AC.  
Ksilebo usually has two connections open, etc.

We've gotten business class cable now, which I believe comes with a 
static IP, so that shouldn't change anymore.

And for your information, this is a 6 bedroom house, and we currently 
have two spare bedrooms. :p
