Interesting - somehow I'd never found the VIEW variant.  That kinda makes
most of my points moot. :P  (Feels a bit like the time I was told about
doubling the nick on a /WHOIS to get a response as if you were on the same
server as the target, although in this case it's clearly documented...)
On the other paw, a mention of the expiry time when adding an exception
would be a useful reminder in case of forgetting to specify "+0".
