[AC-Admins] Question about anthrochat

Heya, I'm kinda new to the IRC thing, and I've been trying to chat on the baycafe channel, but it won't let me join, It says I need a registered nickname to join that channel, but I've no idea how to get a registered nickname =p  If ya could help explain how I'd be very thankful ^^
