I think it's a good idea that we support this kind of stuff anyways. If
makes us evolve more and better service our users. You don't see
networks like FurNet doing helpful services like this.

I'm not really at all sure that it really needs to be a secret
password. All it does is provide the use of the cgi:irc block to that
specific IP address. No one but mibbit uses it so I don't think it can
be used for anything else anyways.

From the wiki website this is the config block for that exact setting.
