[AC-Admins] AJoin Limit Increase on Services

I suppose as long as the AJOIN maximum isn't above whatever the server
maximum for simultaneous user-joined channels, then it wouldn't negatively
impact much if anything.  Have any regular users actually suggested this, or
is this a preemptive improvement? :)

Recently, Kojak has brought to my attention that the limit on AJOINs  
by nickserv is currently set to 12. Anthrochat is a very growing  
network, and some users may want to AJOIN more than 12 channels on  
identifying.

Currently, as of the now, there are 29 channels with 10> people in  
them. It certainly would make sense that more people may want to join  
additional channels.

So on the plus side to this, we could offer our users:
-More convenience

We can also market this as a selling point of the network. Silly  
things like that can make a difference, and do I might add (from my  
own personal marketing experience).

Anyways, we aren't perfect by any means. Do you guys see any downside  
to doing this?
