	This is something I noticed tonight when I wanted to add a 13th channel 
to my AJOIN list, finding that I had hit the max. So I felt it should be 
increased to the IRCd max. (Which is 15) So this would be listed more 
under 'preemptive improvement'. It's like Mirage said, it adds more 
convenience to users connected to the network. It also prevents users 
coming to us with problems they have with the AJOIN features.
