      The administrators of AnthroChat do not get involved with
micro-managing the way users manage their channels.  If you have a
problem with how a channel is run, you are free to create you own
channel and invite the people with whom you'd like to chat.  You are 
also free to discuss what you feel to be unfair with the person(s) who 
you feel has been unfair to you and see if you can change their mind. 
Ultimately, the decision of setting a ban in a channel which they have 
access to do so is theirs to make and has nothing to do with the server 
administrators.

      Besides all of that, you included almost no actual, relevant 
information in this e-mail.  Even if we were the type to get involved in 
these kinds of disputes, you didn't include any nicknames or channel 
names.  Without that information, we can't even tell you who owns the 
channels or who else to talk to.
